Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel their order before the product is shipped.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refusal to accept delivery will result in deduction of two-way shipping charges from the refund (if applicable).
1.3 Cancellation Approval
Cancellation requests must be submitted through customer support by phone or email.
Cancellation approval is subject to order status and availability.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in the following conditions:
Delivered product has a verified manufacturing defect
Wrong product delivered
Product is damaged in transit (reported within 24 hours)
Order cancelled before shipping
Refunds are not provided for:
Wrong product ordered by customer
Products damaged due to misuse
Opened, installed, or used gym equipment
Minor cosmetic scratches that do not affect functionality
Discounted/clearance sale products
2.2 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
Refund method:
Online payments → refunded to original mode
COD orders → refunded to customer's bank account/UPI
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Return Window
Returns must be requested within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Customer must provide photos/videos of the defect or wrong product.
3.2 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
Product must be unused and in original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
Equipment must not be installed or assembled
Our team must verify and approve the defect claim
Heavy machines (treadmills, bikes, home gyms, etc.) are eligible for return only if defective on arrival.
4. Replacement Policy
4.1 Replacement Approval
Once examined and verified:
A replacement unit will be arranged at no additional cost
Replacement is subject to product availability
If the replacement is unavailable:
Customer may choose an exchange or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Installed/assembled equipment
Used accessories (mats, gloves, resistance bands, etc.)
Customized or made-to-order products
Clearance sale or discounted items
Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
6. Return Shipping
If the issue is genuine (defective/wrong item), return pickup is free.
For customer-initiated returns (rare and case-by-case), shipping charges may apply.
Large equipment must be kept on the ground floor for pickup unless paid lifting arrangements are made.
7. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If the package is damaged upon arrival:
Mention it to the delivery team immediately
Share photos/videos within 24 hours
Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted
