Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Customers will receive a confirmation message or email once the order has been placed.
2. Shipping Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, location, and courier partner.
Standard delivery time is 3–10 business days within India.
Remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.
Delays caused by logistic partners, festivals, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Heavy fitness equipment like treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, and multi-gyms may have additional freight charges depending on location.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products as per promotional campaigns.
4. Delivery of Heavy Equipment
Delivery for large items such as treadmills, home gyms, and commercial machines is done up to the ground floor only.
Additional charges apply for upper-floor delivery if the building has no service lift.
Customers are requested to inform us in advance if special delivery arrangements are required.
5. Installation
Installation is provided as per the product’s installation policy.
Some products may include free installation, while others may require extra installation charges, depending on the location.
Installation will be scheduled within 2–5 days of delivery, subject to technician availability.
6. Order Tracking
Once the product is shipped, customers will receive a tracking link or shipment ID.
Tracking updates depend on courier service and may take 24–48 hours to reflect.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If any item is damaged, missing, or tampered with, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
Claims raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
8. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will make 1–3 delivery attempts.
If the order returns due to customer unavailability or wrong address, re-shipping charges will apply.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Deliveries are limited to locations within India only.
